Christmas at Mustard Seed Hill 2026
Christmas at Mustard Seed Hill is a Christ-centered holiday festival held on the historic Mustard Seed Hill campus in Millersburg, Kentucky, on select nights from November 27–December 23, 2026, 5–9 p.m. The walk-through experience combines three acres of Christmas lights, gingerbread artistry, Kentucky-made gifts, food, performances, and optional special experiences.
What’s included
General admission covers the three-acre light display, featuring the 30-foot ribbon tree, 32-foot glowing arch, Nativity scene, giant ornament, starburst, willow tree, and new 2026 installations. It also includes the Gingerbread Exhibit, Artisans Market, heated Holiday Tent with rotating Kentucky food trucks, and live performances on select evenings.
Gingerbread and shopping
The historic Allen House and McIntyre Hall host creations from Kentucky’s 9th Annual Gingerbread Competition, whose competitors vie for more than $10,000 in prizes. The indoor Artisans Market spans about 4,000 square feet and represents more than 60 Kentucky craftspeople, with over 200 handmade items ranging from pottery and décor to gifts and accessories.
Special experiences
Visitors can add a horse-drawn Nativity carriage ride ($35 per person) featuring six large stained-glass-inspired Nativity paintings, or reserve a private campfire ($45, seating up to six) with optional food and s’mores baskets. The season also includes workshops in wreath making, cupcake decorating, charcuterie and gingerbread, plus Holiday Tea, Supper Club dining, private parties and overnight stays.
Tickets and planning
The current official event page lists general admission at $17, veterans/seniors at $15, and children 7 and under at $1; groups purchasing 15 or more general-admission tickets receive 10% off automatically. Most visitors should allow roughly 1–2 hours, and advance tickets are recommended because same-day walk-up quantities are limited. The event is at 1122 Main Street, Millersburg, KY 40348, and the illuminated grounds remain open for strolling from December 24 through New Year’s Day, although buildings and programming are closed then.
