GLOW Holiday Festival
GLOW Holiday Festival is an outdoor, walk-through Christmas light festival that transforms CHS Field in downtown Saint Paul into a winter attraction filled with more than a million lights. The 2026–2027 edition marks GLOW’s seventh season and runs on select nights from November 19, 2026, through January 3, 2027.
What’s new for 2026
The season introduces Wand-er Land, a new interactive experience, along with new displays and an Arctic Adventure featuring an illuminated icicle tunnel, polar bears, Arctic wolves, an igloo, fire pits, and an Ice Waterfall. Returning attractions include Vixen’s Zip Line and the Giant Snowy Slide, mixing light displays with more active family entertainment.
Visiting the festival
GLOW operates 5–9 p.m. on select evenings, with timed admission each hour beginning at 5 p.m.; the final reserved entry is at 8 p.m., and guests may remain until closing. General admission is $22.75 for ages 13+, $12.75 for ages 3–12, and free for children 2 and younger, before applicable fees and taxes.
CHS Field setting
The festival takes place at CHS Field, home of the St. Paul Saints in Lowertown. It is a walk-through rather than drive-through experience, with the ballpark concourse and field areas repurposed for illuminated installations; the main entrance is on North Broadway between East 5th and East 6th Streets.
Holiday tradition with a charitable side
Giving is built into GLOW’s identity: the festival reports donating more than $450,000 to local charities since 2020, with each festival night supporting community organizations. That combination of large-scale lighting, family activities, downtown ballpark surroundings, and charitable giving distinguishes GLOW from a conventional neighborhood holiday-light display.
