The Arizona Wedding Show – January 2027 is a two-day wedding-planning expo taking place January 9–10, 2027, in the South Building of the Phoenix Convention Center. Billed by its organizer as Arizona’s largest wedding expo, it brings engaged couples together with 175+ Arizona wedding professionals, fashion presentations, planning ideas, special offers, and giveaways.

What’s at the show
The central attraction is the ability to compare wedding vendors face-to-face across categories including venues, bridal boutiques, photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, DJs, entertainment, cakes, décor, and honeymoon services. The event also features interactive exhibits, samples and wedding inspiration, while professionally produced runway shows are scheduled for 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily, showcasing bridal gowns, menswear, hair, and makeup.
Giveaways and show extras
Giveaways are a significant part of the event. The organizer lists four wedding-gown giveaways, six tuxedo or suit-rental giveaways, an Ultimate Wedding Package giveaway, attendee swag bags, and special gifts for the first 50 couples checking in each morning; some prizes require being present during the runway shows. Admission and practical details
Published early-online admission is $12 per person for one day or $15 for both days, plus taxes and fees; day-of-show online pricing rises to $15 and $18 respectively. Children 10 and under are complimentary with a paid adult. The organizer recommends small bags, notes that larger bags can be inspected, and prohibits professional photography/video equipment and outside promotional materials from non-exhibitors.
