Flagstaff Wedding Expo 2027

The Flagstaff Wedding Expo 2027 is a Northern Arizona wedding-planning event scheduled for April 3, 2027, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Flagstaff. The locally operated expo brings engaged couples together with dozens of wedding vendors and is positioned as a convenient, free way to compare services for Northern Arizona weddings.

What to expect

The organizers advertise more than 40 vendors, covering services couples may need while putting together a wedding. Beyond vendor consultations, the expo is designed as a social planning event, with food samples, a DJ, raffles and giveaways, plus a grand-prize opportunity advertised at approximately $5,000 in value.

Admission and registration

Admission is free. The organizer’s current registration instructions say there is no advance registration requirement; registration takes place on the day of the event, with only the person getting married required to register. Attendees receive a complimentary raffle ticket, while the grand-prize drawing uses a vendor “passport” that must be completed and submitted according to the event’s instructions.

Venue

The expo is held at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Flagstaff, at 1175 W. Route 66, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001. The same hotel hosts the expo’s October 2026 edition, reinforcing the event’s spring-and-fall format; organizers describe it as the only Northern Arizona wedding expo offering both a fall and spring event.

Why it stands out

The emphasis is on meeting local wedding professionals face-to-face rather than simply browsing vendors online, making it particularly relevant for couples planning weddings in Flagstaff and elsewhere in Northern Arizona. The organizers say the expo has served Northern Arizona since 2022, and the April 2027 event follows the October 24, 2026 edition as part of its twice-yearly schedule.
