The Gathering: A Colorado Food & Agriculture Summit and Marketplace

The Gathering is a statewide food, agriculture, and natural-products event organized by Naturally Colorado, scheduled for February 20, 2027, at Five Points Life Center in Broomfield. It combines an industry-focused summit with a public marketplace, bringing together farmers, ranchers, entrepreneurs, brands, retailers, and community organizations.

Summit and collaboration

The 11 a.m.–1 p.m. education session is designed around conversations with Colorado food-system leaders and peers, with an emphasis on radical collaboration, stronger businesses, resilient communities, and a healthier food system. Naturally Colorado says additional speaker and agenda details are still forthcoming.

Marketplace

From 1–5 p.m., the event shifts into a marketplace with roughly 100 exhibitor tables planned. Farmers, food and beverage brands, manufacturers, retailers, distributors, nonprofits, universities, and service providers can sample or sell products, demonstrate their work, meet customers and buyers, and develop industry relationships.

Who it is for

The Gathering is deliberately broader than a trade-only conference: farmers, founders, industry professionals, retailers, food lovers, and members of the public are all invited. That mix makes the event part professional summit, part networking gathering, and part consumer-facing local-food market.

Tickets and practical details

Tickets are tiered by purchase date. Early registration is listed at $35 for the summit plus marketplace or $5 for marketplace-only admission; regular registration rises to $45/$10, and late or event-day registration to $55/$20. The event runs 11 a.m.–5 p.m. MT on Saturday, February 20, 2027, at Five Points Life Center, 1025 Eldorado Blvd., Broomfield, Colorado.
