 nThe 19th Annual Safety Fest of the Great Northwest – North Idaho is a t
 hree-day workplace and community safety-training event hosted at North Ida
 ho College’s Workforce Training Center in Post Falls\, Idaho. Scheduled 
 for February 17–19\, 2027\, it provides safety and health classes\, demo
 nstrations\, and workshops free to the public.\nWhat makes Safety Fest dis
 tinctive\nThe event is a collaborative effort involving businesses\, indus
 try\, nonprofit organizations\, and municipal agencies\, rather than simpl
 y a conventional professional conference. Its purpose extends from occupat
 ional safety to safety at home and in the broader community\, with financi
 al and in-kind support directed toward keeping the training free.\nWho it 
 serves\nSafety Fest is designed for people working in general industry\, m
 ining\, transportation\, healthcare\, manufacturing\, and construction\, w
 hile remaining open to businesses and community members with an interest i
 n safety. Previous North Idaho editions have included training in areas su

 previous editions have led to industry-recognized credentials or met OSHA 
 training requirements. The scale is substantial: the 2025 edition had 53 i
 nstructors\, 80 classes\, 577 students\, and 1\,354 completed class enroll
 ments\, illustrating how the event functions as a regional training resour
 ce rather than a small seminar.\n2027 event\nThe 19th edition is scheduled
  for February 17–19\, 2027 at the NIC Workforce Training Center\, 525 S.
  Clearwater Loop\, Post Falls\, Idaho. North Idaho’s event is part of th
 e wider Safety Fest of the Great Northwest network\, with separate events 
 planned elsewhere in Idaho\, including Nampa\, Twin Falls\, Pocatello\, an
 d Lewiston.
