 AZ MEP Leadership Development Program – January Session is a six-session
 \, in-person professional-development course in Phoenix designed primarily
  for employees moving into leadership and supervisory roles in manufacturi
 ng. It focuses on practical “people” skills that newly promoted leader
 s may not have received through technical or operational training.\nProgra
 m structure\nThe 2027 program runs January 19 through February 23\, with e
 ach class lasting four hours\, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sessions are h
 eld at Government Mall\, 100 N. 15th Avenue\, Room 101\, in Phoenix. The l
 isted price is $1\,500 per person for all six sessions.\nWhat participants
  learn\nThe curriculum progresses through six practical leadership areas: 
 New Leader Essentials (Jan. 19)\, Effective Communication (Jan. 27)\, Conf

 ment\, cybersecurity\, sales and marketing\, and operational improvement\;
