 are Education Conference 2027\nThe Women Leading Delaware Education Confer
 ence 2027 is an annual professional-learning and networking conference for
  current and aspiring education leaders\, hosted by the University of Dela
 ware College of Education and Human Development’s School Success Center.
  The 2027 event is scheduled for March 16\, 2027\, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. a
 t Clayton Hall Conference Center in Newark\, Delaware.\nTheme and focus\nT
 he 2027 theme is “EdPowered: Learning\, Innovating\, Thriving\,” cente
 red on continuing to learn as a leader\, embracing innovation\, and creati
 ng conditions in which educators\, students\, and communities can thrive. 
 Programming is organized around leadership\, innovation\, professional gro
 wth\, and the particular opportunities and barriers affecting women in edu
 cation leadership.\nWhat happens at the conference\nThe day is designed ar
 ound professional learning and relationship-building\, with a continental 
 breakfast\, networking luncheon\, breakout workshops\, panel discussions\,
  and opportunities for continued collaboration. Sessions are led in part b
 y local education leaders and emphasize evidence-informed ideas and partic
 ipant interaction rather than solely lecture-style presentations.\nWho it 
 is for\nThe conference serves teachers\, administrators\, policymakers\, r
 esearchers\, and other educators across elementary\, secondary\, and highe
 r education\, including both established and aspiring leaders. Although it
 s central subject is women and education leadership\, the organizers state
  that all educators are encouraged to participate and engage with question
 s of leadership opportunity and representation.\nA growing Delaware leader
 ship event\nThe conference began in 2019 with roughly 250 education leader
 s and has expanded since then. The 2026 edition drew more than 350 Delawar
 e educators\, making the 2027 gathering part of an increasingly establishe
 d statewide professional-learning community focused on educational leaders
 hip.\nRegistration and proposals\nAs currently published\, early-bird regi
 stration is $225 through January 28\, 2027\, standard registration is $250
  from February 1 through March 3\, and groups of five or more receive a $2
 25-per-person rate. The conference is also accepting proposals for breakou
 t sessions\, featured talks\, and posters\; proposals are due December 31\
 , 2026\, with decisions expected by January 31\, 2027.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
