2027 Jump Start January – Online Webinar

2027 Jump Start January is an online continuing-education webinar organized by the Connecticut Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-CT) for community-association professionals and homeowners. Scheduled for January 13, 2027, the two-hour Zoom program is approved for 2.0 continuing-education credits (CEUs).

Schedule and format

The webinar runs Wednesday, January 13, from 12:30–2:30 p.m. and is delivered entirely through Zoom. It forms part of CAI-CT’s broader calendar of education for Connecticut condominium and community-association participants, with the chapter listing additional online programs throughout early 2027.

Continuing education

The program carries 2.0 CEUs, making its educational credit a central feature for community-association managers maintaining professional education requirements. CAI-CT has run Jump Start January programs in previous years as an early-year educational offering, although the topics and intended audiences have varied by edition.

Registration and pricing

Registration is listed at $30 for CAI-member managers and $55 for nonmember managers. Homeowner pricing is lower: $15 for CAI members and $20 for nonmembers. CAI-CT says online registration remains available through January 13, 2027.

Recording option

A useful feature is on-demand access for scheduling conflicts: registered participants who cannot attend live can receive the recording afterward. CAI-CT states that recordings must be completed within 60 days, can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection, and are restricted to the paid registrant.
