The 47th Annual North Carolina Jazz Festival is a three-day celebration of traditional and mainstream jazz held in downtown Wilmington.

The festival brings together internationally recognised jazz musicians from across the United States and around the world for a series of live performances.

The musical programme begins on Thursday evening and continues on Friday and Saturday, featuring multiple sets with rotating groups of six or seven musicians.

Each set is led by a different musician, offering audiences a variety of traditional jazz styles, improvisation, and collaborative performances.

The festival provides an intimate concert experience at the Hotel Ballast on Wilmington’s scenic riverfront.
