AMEC 2027 is the Annual Medical Education Conference organised by the Student National Medical Association (SNMA). This five-day national gathering brings together medical students, premedical students, physicians, residents, healthcare professionals, educators and medical institutions from across the United States.
The conference provides educational programming, professional development, mentorship, leadership training and networking opportunities for individuals pursuing careers in medicine and healthcare.
The programme includes keynote presentations, health equity plenary sessions, professional development workshops, medical education discussions, research activities, leadership meetings and career guidance sessions. Attendees can connect with medical schools, residency programmes, healthcare organisations and professional institutions through the professional exhibition hall and premedical recruitment fair.
Additional highlights include the opening ceremony, House of Delegates sessions, graduate recognition ceremony, presidential luncheon, sponsored receptions and community engagement activities.
