The Hayti Heritage Film Festival 2027 is a four-day celebration of Black cinema, storytelling, and cultural heritage in Durham, North Carolina. Organised by Hayti Heritage Cultural Center, the festival provides a platform for Black filmmakers, particularly those from the American South and the wider African diaspora.

The 2027 festival theme, Disrupt the Notion, invites filmmakers to challenge conventional perspectives through creative storytelling, innovative filmmaking techniques, and diverse cinematic experiences.

The programme welcomes feature films and short films across multiple genres, including narrative films and documentaries.

Festival activities are designed to connect filmmakers, audiences, artists, and the local community through film screenings and shared cultural experiences.
