The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is one of the largest livestock exhibitions and rodeo celebrations in the United States. Held annually at NRG Park in Houston, this major event celebrates Texas agriculture, Western heritage, livestock production and community traditions.

Visitors can experience professional rodeo competitions, livestock exhibitions, horse shows, agricultural education displays, youth competitions and livestock auctions.

The event also features a large carnival midway, exciting rides, games, food vendors, shopping areas and live musical performances by popular artists.

The famous World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest takes place before the main rodeo, from February 25–27, 2027.

The celebration attracts visitors, families, farmers and entertainment enthusiasts from across the country.
